• Description:

We are excited to announce a fully funded PhD position for a dedicated candidate to conduct structural studies of virus replication. This project will focus specifically on positive-sense RNA viruses transmitted by mosquitoes and ticks, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

The research will concentrate on positive-sense RNA viruses known for their spread through vector insects such as mosquitoes and ticks. The focus will be on understanding the structural biology and replication mechanisms of these viruses.

The PhD student will engage in innovative research focusing on the structural dynamics of virus replication. The role offers access to advanced equipment and a collaborative network of researchers, allowing for comprehensive study and application of various complementary methods.

    Qualifications

Candidates with a background in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Experience in virology or structural biology is a plus.
